Where is my order tracking?

Tracking is provided once the item has been shipped. You will receive an email containing your tracking courier and number. Please note: the shipping cannot be changed once your order is placed.

My item is faulty. What do I do?

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please ensure you check the following before returning your item.

Ensure you have checked the manually thoroughly, search our knowledge base here.

If the fault continues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.  Please Email us on  contact@hoverboardstore.co.uk with your order number, full order details containing your name, number, and address. A summary of the fault including a picture or video.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at contact@hoverboardstore.co.uk as soon as possible. We will update you on your cancellation via email.

You can still cancel your order once placing it. You must contact us via email if you wish to cancel an order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be provided to the card/payment source provided at the time of the purchase. This only applies if the order has NOT been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched with the courier at the time of cancellation, the customer will incur a charge of the postage costs.

How long is the warranty on hoverboards, E Scooter and E Bikes?

We offer 12 months UK warranty on all products unless specified on the product page. For full warranty details check our terms and conditions page.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us directly to make a warranty claim, please include your full name, order number and a summary of the query.

How does next day delivery work?

If you place your order before 2pm Mon-Thur, you will receive it the next following day; For example, an order placed on Monday at 1pm will be out for delivery the next working day which would be Tuesday. However, if an order is placed on Friday at 1pm this would be out for delivery on Monday as it is the next working day.  Saturday and Sunday and UK holidays are excluded. .

To upgrade your order, select Saturday delivery option at checkout.

Can I change an existing order?

Unfortunately, we can’t change or add to an existing order – sorry!

Split Orders: I only received a part of my order, where is the rest of my order?

Do not panic! Orders may arrive separately as it is faster to deliver from our warehouse! The part of the order will arrive within the next few hours or the next day please refer to order tracking for more info.

 Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
  • Delivered the next working day if the order is placed before Mon-Thursday 1:30pm* (Applicable for UK mainland orders only)
  • Price: £5.99
 Saturday DPD Delivery
  • Delivered on Saturday if the order is placed any time before 1:30pm on Friday*. (Applicable for UK mainland orders only)
  • Price: £15.00
For all other items except hoverboards, hoverkarts, and electric scooters, we use the reliable EVRI delivery service. This typically takes up to 3 working days for your order to be delivered.
Exceptions to Standard Delivery Terms
There are, however, a few exceptions to the standard delivery terms which take up to 3-4 working days and cannot be upgraded. These include:
  • UK islands (e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Parts of the Scottish Highlands
  • Parts of Scotland
NOT GOING TO BE IN?
Depending on the service, if you are not in when delivery is attempted, the driver will deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a safe place, or take it to your local depot for collection. A calling card will be left with information on where the delivery is.
BANK HOLIDAYS

In most instances, couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays, so delivery times will be extended by a day.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is placed.
    Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate during the checkout process.

NOT GOING TO BE IN?

  • Depending on the service, if you are not available when delivery is attempted, the driver will:
    • Deliver to a neighbour
      Leave the parcel in a safe place
      Take it to your local parcel shop for collection
    A calling card will be left with information on where the delivery is.

My item is not faulty, can I return it?

Yes, you can return non-faulty items within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that return postage costs will be your responsibility.

My item is faulty, can I return it?

Absolutely. If your item is faulty, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the item has been used, it is covered by our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and we will provide repair or replacement as needed. However, if the item is returned unused within the initial 30 days, you are entitled to a refund.

Once we receive your returned item and complete our routine checks, refunds are typically processed within 14 working days. Please be patient as the exact time may vary based on the payment method and your financial institution’s processing time.

The warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, theft, aesthetic impairments, paint scratches, unauthorized repairs/modifications, water exposure, or impact damage.

Our hoverboards feature a UL/UK Standard Charger, Mainboard, and a 36v Jet Tech UL-tested battery. These components come with full certifications, including CE and UL.

Connecting Bluetooth is a straightforward process. Simply access your Phone Settings, search for and select the Bluetooth name associated with your hoverboard, and begin enjoying your preferred music.

How do you reset the hoverboard?
