Are your hoverboards safety certified?
Each hoverboard page lists the safety standards that model was tested against, including UL2272 where it applies. Our safety and certification page shows the paperwork we hold as the UK importer.
Where can you ride a hoverboard in the UK?
Only on private land, with the landowner's permission. Hoverboards are not allowed on public roads, pavements or cycle lanes in the UK. Always wear a helmet and protective gear.
How fast is delivery?
Orders over £15 get free delivery to mainland UK. Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders under £15 cost £3.99 with Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
What warranty comes with a hoverboard?
New hoverboards come with a 12-month warranty, and batteries are covered for 6 months. If a fault appears within the first 30 days, you can have a refund or a replacement.
Can a hoverboard be turned into a go-kart?
Yes. A hoverkart attachment turns a hoverboard into a sit-down kart. Check the wheel size on the kart listing before you buy, or choose one of our hoverboard and kart bundles.
Do you sell refurbished hoverboards?
Yes. Refurbished hoverboards are inspected and tested before resale and come with their own warranty. You will find them alongside new boards in our hoverboards collection.
