Agreement
By making a purchase from hoverboardstore.co.uk, either online or offline, you agree to enter into an agreement with us, subject to the following terms.
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Please contact us via email to initiate a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our returns process. Return postage fees will apply.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.
- Returns Process: Please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide you with a free pre-paid shipping label for returns within the first 30 days.
- After 30 Days: If a fault develops after the first 30 days but within the 12-month warranty period, the item may be eligible for repair under warranty. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to us for warranty service.
Delivery
- Free Delivery: We offer free 48-hour delivery via Royal Mail Tracked on all orders. An upgrade to next-day delivery via DPD is available for an additional fee.
- Dispatch Times: Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday by 1:30 PM and Saturday by 10 AM. Orders placed on bank holidays or UK national holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Warranty
- 12-Month Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
- Battery Warranty: A 6-month warranty specifically covers the battery for hoverboards and electric scooters.
- Warranty Service: In the last 11 months of the warranty period, the buyer must cover the cost of shipping to us. We will cover the return shipping after repair.
Safety Notice
Hoverboarding and riding electric scooters involve risks. We strongly recommend wearing protective gear and familiarizing yourself with the operating procedures to ensure safety.
Limitation of Liability
HoverboardStore.co.uk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
