All Gadgets and accessories are shipped strictly with Hermes and Royal Mail. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive.

If the fault continues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Please Email us on email@example.com with your order number, full order details containing your name, number, and address. A summary of the fault including a picture or video.
How do I cancel my order?
You can still cancel your order once placing it. You must contact us via email if you wish to cancel an order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be provided to the card/payment source provided at the time of the purchase. This only applies if the order has NOT been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched with the courier at the time of cancellation, the customer will incur a charge of the postage costs.

Welcome to Hoverboard Store delivery page. We strive ourselves in offering free delivery, offering the best logistic service.
We work with many different UK delivery companies, ensuring parcels are delivered safe and quickly, we use DPD, DX, Hermes, and Royal Mail.
All orders and dispatched and sent by 3pm, the cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm.
Items under £40 will be sent via Hermes/Royal Mail and will take up to 2-3 working days to arrive – Tracking will be sent to you via email.
Items over £40 will be sent via DPD/DX and will arrive next working day. Tracking will be sent via email and a signature is required upon delivery. A delivery time slot will be also sent to the email.
Items must be placed before 3pm to be eligible for next working day delivery, working days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
There are however a few exceptions to the standard delivery terms which take up to 3-3-4 working days. These are:
- UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
- Northern Ireland.
- Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
- Parts of Scotland

Next day express delivery – £5.99
Orders placed before 5.30pm Mon-Fri are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, for next working day delivery via our couriers DPD. Please note this service will not deliver on a Saturday, please use the Saturday Delivery option for that.
UK Saturday Delivery – £12.99
Orders placed before 3pm Friday are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, for the following Saturday delivery via our couriers DPD.

My item is faulty, can I return it?
In an unlikely event if the product arrives or develops a fault, you have 30 days to return it. Parcels or items damage in transit must be reported immediately within 48 hours to Hoverboard Store, if the deadline passes for reporting parcels, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods. To make a damaged goods claim, please send a picture of the outer, inner box, picture of damage, inner packaging along with the parcel label.
Please contact customer service team for the return address and returns which will need to be supplied with the item returned. We will email a pre-paid label if the item is faulty within the first 30 days, the label will need to be printed and dropped off to a parcel shop. We do not offer collections for all returns.
After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for returning the item, and the costs incurred for the returned.
How long will the refund take?
We issue refunds within 14 working days (most likely earlier). The cost of your product will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5-7 working days to clear from the point of processing.
