Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us and download the returns form from here. The returns form must be completed before returning the item.
Cancellation and Return Period:
You have a 14-day return period, starting from the day you received the item, to cancel your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with intact security seals and tags. If items are used or damaged, we cannot accept returns. Used items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
When returning an item, provide the following details:
Order Number (found on your order confirmation email)
Reason for Return
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted goods. Goods must be in their original sealed packaging.
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Use a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Once we receive the item and conduct routine checks, we’ll process your case for exchange, repair, or refund. Please allow up to 28 days for return processing.
Substitute or Alternative Items:
We cannot accept substitute or alternative items for returns, and we won’t send them back to you. Ensure items returned match the original product. Attempting to return substitutes incurs charges and an investigation fee of at least £35.
Refunds take up to 14 working days from cancellation or return. We only accept returns from the original purchaser. Hoverboards used or damaged will not receive a refund; they’ll be repaired under the 12-month warranty or replaced if a manufacturer’s fault exists.
Contact us via email for faulty items. If a fault arises within 35 days of purchase, we’ll send a pre-paid label for return postage. Repair processing takes up to 28 days.
Damaged Items in Transit:
Under the Consumer Rights Act, if items arrive damaged and it’s not your fault, we’ll replace or refund. Send proof of damage via email.
Prices can change without prior notice. Promotional voucher codes cannot be used with other promotions.
Wrong or Damaged Item Received:
Contact us if you receive the wrong item or a faulty one upon delivery. Return items within 14 days for a refund or replacement. For damaged or faulty items, contact us before returning. Do not attempt repairs, as it voids the warranty.
Item Not Received:
Contact us if you haven’t received your item within 30 days of dispatch confirmation.
Using hoverboards carries inherent risks. Wear protective gear, use within your abilities, and avoid dangerous locations.
Promo codes may not be combined. Offers are time-limited. “Free” items are subject to stock availability.
Limitation of Liability:
Hoverboardstore.co.uk is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse.
We collect personal information during payment for communication and marketing. We use this information to improve the website and marketing activities.
